Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 2026

Welcome to RHEAGAL BRIDAL.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from us. By placing an order with RHEAGAL BRIDAL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General

RHEAGAL BRIDAL is an online bridal boutique offering wedding gowns and related bridal products.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.

2. Orders

All gowns are made-to-order or custom-ordered based on the details confirmed by the customer and are subject to acceptance by RHEAGAL BRIDAL.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all order details before confirming their purchase, including:

  • Gown design and style

  • Size and measurements

  • Colour

  • Customisation requirements

  • Quantity

  • Delivery address

  • Contact information

Once an order has been confirmed or production has commenced, changes may not be possible, particularly for made-to-order, customised or personalised gowns.

RHEAGAL BRIDAL reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where materials are unavailable, pricing information is incorrect or payment cannot be verified.

3. Pricing

Prices may be displayed in the applicable currency based on the customer's country or region, unless otherwise stated.

Currency conversion rates, where applicable, may vary and may be determined by our website, payment provider, bank or card issuer.

Prices may be changed without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Shipping charges, alteration charges, customisation fees, taxes, duties or other applicable charges may be stated separately before checkout or order confirmation.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

4. Payment

Orders will only be processed upon receipt of the required payment or deposit.

Where a deposit arrangement is offered, the remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided by RHEAGAL BRIDAL.

Production and delivery may be delayed if payment is not received within the required period.

5. Bridal Sizing & Measurements

Bridal gown sizing may differ from standard everyday clothing sizes. Customers should refer carefully to our Size Guide before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing complete and accurate measurements where measurements are requested.

Our size guide and measurement recommendations are provided as guidance and do not guarantee a perfect fit.

Due to individual body proportions and fit preferences, bridal gowns may require professional alterations by a local tailor or seamstress to achieve the customer's preferred fit, length and appearance.

Any alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise expressly agreed by RHEAGAL BRIDAL.

6. Made-to-Order & Custom Gowns

Made-to-order, made-to-measure, customised and personalised gowns are produced specifically according to the customer's confirmed order.

Customers must carefully review and approve all relevant details before production, including measurements, colour, design and customisation requirements.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.

Due to the personalised nature of these products, made-to-order, made-to-measure, customised or personalised gowns may not be eligible for return, exchange or refund except where required by applicable consumer law or where the product supplied is defective or materially different from the confirmed order.

7. Production Time

Estimated production times provided by RHEAGAL BRIDAL are estimates only and may vary depending on the gown design, materials, customisation requirements and production schedule.

Customers are strongly encouraged to place their orders well in advance of their wedding or event date to allow sufficient time for:

Production → Quality Inspection → Delivery → Fitting → Alterations

We recommend placing an order at least 4–6 months before the wedding or event date to allow sufficient time for production, international shipping where applicable, fitting and any necessary alterations.

Customers should provide their wedding or event date when placing an order where requested.

RHEAGAL BRIDAL cannot be held responsible where insufficient time has been allowed between the order date and the customer's wedding or event date, particularly where delays arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Product Appearance & Colour

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions and colours displayed on our website accurately represent our products.

However, actual colours may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen and device settings

  • Photography and lighting

  • Fabric characteristics

  • Dye lots and production batches

Handmade gowns may also have minor variations in lace placement, embroidery, beading, appliqués and other decorative details.

Such minor variations that do not materially affect the overall design or quality of the gown are not necessarily considered defects.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address, contact number and other delivery information are complete and accurate.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

RHEAGAL BRIDAL will take reasonable steps to assist with delivery issues but cannot guarantee courier or third-party delivery timelines where circumstances are outside our reasonable control.

International deliveries may also be subject to customs clearance procedures and requirements in the destination country.

Customers should place orders sufficiently early to account for possible delivery delays, fittings and alterations.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their gown promptly after receiving it.

If an item appears to be damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact RHEAGAL BRIDAL as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue, where appropriate

Customers should not alter, wash, clean or otherwise modify a gown that they intend to return due to an alleged defect or incorrect order before contacting us.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility will depend on the type and condition of the product and the circumstances of the return request.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, products that have been customised, personalised, made-to-order, made-to-measure, altered, worn beyond fitting purposes, washed, damaged or otherwise modified after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Alterations

Unless expressly stated as included in the order, alteration services are not included in the purchase price of a gown.

Alterations may be necessary even where a customer has ordered according to the recommended size or provided measurements, as individual body proportions and personal fit preferences may vary.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for any required alterations with their preferred local tailor or seamstress.

Where alterations are carried out by an independent tailor, seamstress or other third party, RHEAGAL BRIDAL is not responsible for damage, fitting issues or modifications resulting from those alteration services.

13. Order Cancellation

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact RHEAGAL BRIDAL as soon as possible.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been confirmed, materials have been ordered, customisation has commenced or production has begun.

Any cancellation or refund request will be considered in accordance with the status of the order, our Return & Refund Policy, and applicable consumer law.

14. Intellectual Property

All content owned by RHEAGAL BRIDAL, including our brand name, logo, photographs, graphics, website content, written materials and original designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

15. Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information collected through our website or during the ordering process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable personal data protection requirements.

Information may be collected and used where reasonably necessary to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers, provide customer service and operate our business.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RHEAGAL BRIDAL will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RHEAGAL BRIDAL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, natural events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
